The Casa Azcorra building is a large beach front property steps away from the fishing pier and leaning lighthouse.   This building boasts two large two bedroom apartments and a lock off studio.  Private beach access. You can easily combine our units to accommodate any sized group up to 14 adults maximum.

Amenities include washer and dryer on property, high speed fiber optic internet and work spaces in most of bedrooms.

Our property has a large patio shared by all apartments that opens up to a palapa right on the beach.  Walk to dozens of restaurants and boutique gift shops.   Less than two block away from the new Chedraui Selecto, an upscale grocer that offers sushi bar, beer on tap, large wine section along with standard grocery items such as fresh produce and meats.  

When you rent the whole building you get access to 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master bedroom suites open up to the ocean and are equipped with a king sized beds. Second floor master also includes additional twin.  There are full sized futons in each of the living rooms. We can make available an extra twin or pull out for small additional fee.

The fully equipped kitchens includes stoves with ovens, microwave, blenders, coffee makers, and fresh water dispensers. 

First floor opens up to large common patio – second floor has smaller more intimate terrace overlooking the Caribbean. And, directly on the beach, is a large private palapa.

Each floor includes lovely wooden wine racks and holds a collection of stemware for your entertaining needs.
