The Casa Azcorra building is a large beach front property steps away from the fishing pier and leaning lighthouse.   This building boasts two large two bedroom apartments and a lock off studio.  Private beach access. You can easily combine our units to accommodate any sized group up to 14 adults maximum.

Amenities include washer and dryer on property, high speed fiber optic internet and work spaces in the bedrooms.

Our property has a large patio shared by all apartments that opens up to a palapa right on the beach.  Walk to dozens of restaurants and boutique gift shops.   Less than two block away from the new Chedraui Selecto, an upscale grocer that offers sushi bar, beer on tap, large wine section along with standard grocery items such as fresh produce and meats.  

Our spacious second floor unit is approximately 1500 square feet and comfortably sleeps 6.  This unit opens up to an private upper patio space for the exclusive use of our second floor tenants.  There is a table that seats four for coffee in the morning or supper under the stars.

The master bedroom suite opens up to the ocean and is equipped with a king sized bed and additional twin.  The second bedroom has a queen bed.  There is also a full sized futon in the living room and pull out bed available on demand.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and fresh water dispenser.  The dining table seats 4 but there is additional seating available at the kitchen island. 

Lovely wooden wine rack holds a collection of stemware for your entertaining needs.
