The Casa Azcorra building is a large beach front property steps away from the fishing pier and leaning lighthouse.   This building boasts two large two bedroom apartments and a optional small lock off studio suite. You can easily combine our units to accommodate any sized group up to 14 adults maximum.

Amenities include washer and dryer on property, high speed fiber optic internet and work space in one of the bedrooms.

A key feature is the large shared patio that opens up to our own palapa right on the beach. 

Walk to dozens of restaurants and boutique gift shops.   Less than two block away from the new Chedraui Selecto, an upscale grocer that offers sushi bar, beer on tap, large wine section along with standard grocery items such as fresh produce and meats.  

Our newly remodeled spacious first floor unit is approximately 1500 square feet and comfortably sleeps 5.  This is unit opens up to an covered patio space for the exclusive use of our first floor tenants.  There is a table that seats six for coffee in the morning or supper under the stars.

The master bedroom suite facing the ocean is equipped with a king sized bed and offers a full sized tub in the ensuite bathroom.  The second bedroom has a king sized bed and work station.  There is a full sized futon in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a fresh water dispenser.  The dining room seats 6 with additional seating the the kitchen island.
